Project Orland helps your organization navigate the CLM journey, creating a process for increasing the lifetime value of your customers by proactively engaging with them through actionable insights.

Project Orland provides a CLM experience that enables CSPs to expand customer engagement beyond acquisitions and renewal. By utilizing our AI-driven platform that easily sorts where your customers are in their cloud journey, Project Orland identifies customers to focus on for re-engagement, customers who are ideal candidates for additional services, and customers who present a higher risk for churn.

AI-driven insights and dynamic recommendations to help ensure your customers’ success

We understand our partners have a higher probability of selling to an existing customer versus a new one. We also know it’s almost five times less expensive to sell to an existing customer than to acquire new customers. That’s why Project Orland uses AI built by Microsoft data scientists to help you surface dynamic recommendations that are specific to your customers. We also want to work with you to curate feedback we can use to improve the Project Orland experience.
