Vice President, Global Partner Solutions, Incentives & Investments
Kevin McCarthy is the Vice President for Incentives & Investments in Microsoft Global Partner Solutions (GPS). He is responsible for setting the strategy and execution of the multi-billion dollar investment budget across GPS and leads the strategy, tools, and systems work for the division. Kevin joined Microsoft in 2000 and before taking this role served as the CFO of Consumer Devices Sales (CDS) and was CFO for the Xbox business unit from 2008 to 2014.
