Jake Swenson is Vice President, Commercial Marketplace at Microsoft. In his role, Jake is responsible for product management, engineering, category management, and services supporting the Microsoft commercial marketplace, with the overall mission of dramatically simplifying the way B2B technology is bought and sold. Jake partners across Microsoft to drive Marketplace strategy, delivery, go to market strategy, and operations.
Prior to his role at Microsoft, Jake has led engineering, product management, and product marketing efforts across such companies as Accenture, T-Mobile, Bazaarvoice, and companies within the Vista Equity Partners portfolio. Jake lives in Austin, TX with his wife and three sons. In his free time, Jake enjoys cycling, wake surfing, cooking (and eating) central Texas BBQ, and playing a bit of piano.
