Explore the evolution of Business Value Programs and demos.microsoft.com experiences

Microsoft Business Value Programs and demos.microsoft.com have long been go-to locations for partners to get the latest sales tools, deliver the best demos, and have value-based conversations with customers. For Microsoft’s new fiscal year, we’ve worked with partners, champion communities, and Microsoft product marketing managers to consolidate multiple platforms, repositories, and content and demo experiences across these sites to deliver updated experiences and content for partners. We’re excited to deliver this evolution of resources and tools to help you continue to accelerate and grow your business.

Investments have been focused on the resources you find most useful and impactful, along with the addition of new resources that are designed to address your needs:

  • Customer Immersion Experiences and demonstrations have been consolidated to a single location, providing a single experience that allows you to deliver on-demand demonstrations from a hosted environment or work through the simple storytelling documents and click-throughs.
  • You can easily create customer conversations about Microsoft 365 based role, segment, industry, and specific action items.
  • Cost takeout tools, value calculators, and TEI studies are available for you to use to help your customers understand cost benefits and ROI when moving to Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experiences remain available for demos that span across products and solutions.

In addition, all tools are now accessibility-compliant to WCAG standards, responsive, and built for quick and easy search.

Focusing on customer outcomes

Customer outcomes are at the core of our messaging with the tools and resources we’re now delivering. Customer Immersion Experiences and demonstrations will be updated soon to include customer conversations as the driving content behind the experiences.
