Microsoft is committed to providing partners with new opportunities to create flexible, affordable and comprehensive solutions for their customers and to generate new business opportunities.  Today’s announcement on Brad Anderson’s blog highlights some of the great new features available in Windows Intune.  This service provides companies the choice of managing PCs and modern mobile devices from the cloud via a scalable and unified management solution.

I’m excited to announce that Windows Intune will be available for resale through Open Volume Licensing beginning April 1, 2014.  Intune joins Office 365, and the upcoming Power BI for Office 365 offer, as the latest in our suite of cloud services available for resale.
Workers are increasingly mobile, demanding access to their critical data and tools anywhere and from any device.  This creates a range of challenges for businesses of all sizes, including over 80% of small and midsize businesses with mobile workers.  With Windows Intune partners can help their customers manage this reality.  Employees can be productive on all the devices they love – whether Windows, Windows Phone, iOS or Android.  At the same time partners can ensure that a company’s assets and data are secure and protected.
