At this time Windows 8 Enterprise is available to customers and partners with Technet and MSDN subscriptions, and Windows 8 Pro is available to all silver, gold and MAPS partners.

At this time Windows 8 Enterprise is available to partners with silver and gold competencies. As of August 20th, MAPS subscribers have access to Windows 8 Pro.
