Do your customers trust the cloud?
Moving information to the cloud requires trust. Your customers want to know that their data in the cloud is protected, that they are in control of it, and that they can meet their compliance obligations.
Microsoft offers A Cloud You Can Trust—including such solutions as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Intune, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online—based on these four principles:
  • Security: Customers’ content and data are protected by strong security processes and controls.
  • Privacy & Control: Customers are in control of their content and data.
  • Transparency: Customers know what is happening with their content and data.
  • Compliance: Customers can meet their compliance obligations
To help Microsoft Partner Network sellers understand more about the Microsoft trusted cloud, we have released a new readiness resource – an online Trusted Cloud game – to help you learn about Microsoft cloud solutions and test your knowledge. When you play this game you can learn:
  • How to pitch the Microsoft trusted cloud
  • To showcase differentiators
  • To handle objections
As you play, you can study key components of the Trusted Cloud, such as principles of security, privacy and control, compliance, and transparency. You can also review mock sales conversations and scenarios to help you get ready for sales calls and customer conversations.
While the online game is interactive and fun, we are serious about our commitment to offering cloud solutions that customers can trust.
