Stay relevant—follow blogs, read articles, and stay in the know about new terminology and industry shifts. Mann also advises you to update your skills with certification or volunteer for projects that expose you to new technology endeavors.
Broaden your wingspan—don’t remain stagnant or too specialized. Work on expanding your skillset—technologically, but also the softer skills. As Mann suggests, work on critical thinking, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
