I’m very excited to announce that today Microsoft officially launches registration for the 2014 Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) in Washington, DC. Partners from 140 countries will gather in the United States capital, July 13-17, 2014. We’ve got five days together, all focused on your opportunities to grow business and win with Microsoft.

Take a look at what’s in store for partners making the investment to come to WPC 2014:
  1. Vision: In a year that has competitors challenging us on all sides, Microsoft and partners have the vision to lead and meet the demands our customers face today, and in years to come. On the main stage you can expect to hear about Microsoft’s strategy in a world of devices and services, and get a very clear picture of your opportunities to grow business and compete.
  2. Content:  From the four foundational keynotes available (Cloud, Big Data, Mobility & Devices, and Enterprise Social), you’ll hear about details, roadmaps and opportunities for every product you care about. The expo hall is the size of 9 soccer (fútbol) fields, all built for you. You’ll peek into the future of groundbreaking technology and hear from the incredible innovators who are creating these new realities.
  3. Networking, Networking, Networking: Did you know that last year we had 2,800 new partners come to WPC? Some of these companies are going to market with entirely new business models. Opportunities to connect, share, learn and build business with other partners and Microsoft execs happen every day and night at WPC. After attending 10 WPCs myself, I can personally attest to the new business generated from a meeting in the expo center, or at one of the many partner celebrations. What can you learn from 11,000 of your closest friends?
  4. Washington DC will light up for Microsoft partners: History, culture, and all the US capital has to offer will be on our doorstep.
When partners tell me WPC is the best money they spend all year for their business, I smile, because that is by design. I look forward to standing together and celebrating with you at WPC 2014.
