Are you ready for enterprise mobility, and do you know how to protect customers’ mobile environments? How is your data platform knowledge – things like Power BI, Azure Machine Learning, etc.?

Announcing Partner Practice Enablement (PPE) technical bootcamp trainings. These multi-day, technical trainings are designed to help you dive in to these and more Microsoft cloud and enterprise business solutions.

What does the training cover?
The PPE bootcamp trainings consist of one- to five-day events. The training is technical, at 200-300 level, and is delivered to partners by Microsoft and industry subject matter experts.

There are four distinct areas of focus:
  • Data Platform – tailored for application and database experts. This training helps you learn to scale out technical enablement on in-memory databases, enterprise cloud, and big data. Topics covered include SQL Server 2014, Azure Data Services, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Big Data with HDInsight, Power BI, and the Analytics Platform System.
  • Datacenter – this is presales technical training that showcases scenarios around traditional on-premises datacenter to hybrid clouds. It’s designed to get you ready for critical presales conversations with your customers about topics including disaster recovery and business continuity.
  • Microsoft Azure – This training delivers the foundational knowledge needed for users intending to run new workloads in Microsoft Azure or migrate existing workloads from on-premises. Students will achieve single sign-on across cloud applications, protect application access, enforce multi-factor authentication, and integrate with Server Active Directory. Want to learn more about Azure? Catch up on other available Azure training and readiness.
  • Empowering Enterprise Mobility – this track focuses on Microsoft’s four enterprise mobility solutions included in the Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS). Learn how EMS provides mobile device and application management with Microsoft Intune, identity and access management with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, and information protection with Microsoft Azure Rights Management Services. If you’re interested in EMS, I suggest you also check out this blog on available EMS training.

How can you sign up?

There are nearly 300 trainings to be scheduled around the world in the coming months. Each regional Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) organization will schedule events, so check with your local MPN contact to learn more about what’s scheduled in your area.
