Hello partners! The Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) is all about connecting—connecting with other partners, connecting with Microsoft, and connecting with the latest information and technology. As your guide and ambassador to WPC, today I want to let you know about three fantastic opportunities to build your connections at WPC and beyond.

A great way to connect with new customers is the Microsoft Pinpoint Marketplace, the largest resource for finding Microsoft technology experts. To be listed in this marketplace—and found by millions of potential customers locally and globally—all you need to do is create a profile. At this year’s WPC, you can do just that at the Pinpoint Profiling Center, a must-visit venue in the Solution Innovation Center (SIC). It is the place to learn exactly how to get the most out of your profile, showcase your applications and services, and rank higher in search engines. Plan to stop by for one-on-one help or a scheduled workshop while you are at the conference.

The Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) booth is a place within the SIC, where you’ll have the opportunity to speak with Microsoft experts who can help guide you to opportunities on how to participate in the community even after WPC. You’ll be able to review your subscription benefits, identify how to capitalize on market opportunities, and learn how to attain competencies. The MPN network is truly a community that sparks innovation and connection, and there’s no better place to leverage this, than at WPC!

Another great way to connect at WPC—this time with other partners—is the Partner-to-Partner Speed Networking events sponsored by the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP). At these high-efficiency match-making sessions, you will meet a wide variety of fellow partners in a fast-moving, two-hour window. Just register through WPC Connect and join us on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 10 and 11, from 3–5:00 P.M. in Room 701 A/B. I guarantee you will walk away with new partner contacts that can help you grow your business in the year ahead.

Many happy connections to you!

Best,
