What a great way to start off a new week into a new month, March!

We had a great MPN Live show in late January where we were joined by a great line-up of guests, women who are working in technology, for a discussion about some of the challenges that women face in this industry. The conversation was highly insightful and we realized this show, Business of Women in Technology , was just a start!

As a result, we’re kicking off a special series of blog posts where contributors from across the industry share their thoughts and experiences related to Women in Technology (WIT). This is a huge part related to the partner community, and WIT is a important part of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) and the community coming together leading up to WPC in Houston.

The editorial around the series includes key topics related to the industry and how women play a role in business especially surrounding the partner channel. As part of this series, we’ll be kicking it off with a post by Microsoft National Director of the Education Segment, Shann McGrail on Education and Innovation: The Perfect Pair.

I am looking forward to bringing you this great perspective from the diverse members of our partner community.

This is just the beginning of our partnership with WIT as well as IAMCP in bringing you news, information and discussion from your partner peers.
