The Regional Service Center is responsible for helping partners enroll in the Microsoft Partner Network and its programs (Cloud Partner, Action Pack, Small Business Specialist, etc.); helping them manage their membership in the Partner Membership Center; access and utilize their benefits; and helping them support customers using Microsoft cloud services.
