When I listen to partners talk about WPC, one of the most common things I hear is the value of connections made during the conference. Yet, with so many partners to meet, products to explore, and sessions to attend, your WPC schedule can be tricky to manage.

With the WPC Connect platform, you can build your professional identity, discover new opportunities, and join in conversations with other great Microsoft partners. But it’s more than just a valuable networking tool. Now you can start getting ahead of the game using WPC Connect to plan your session schedule and book meetings.

Here are just a few of the great tools on WPC Connect to help you plan your WPC 2016 experience:

Meeting Scheduler

Use the meeting scheduler to book meetings during conference hours for up to 10 people in the designated WPC Connect space. To give you even more flexibility, you can also select an alternative meeting location of your choosing for up to 30 meeting attendees.

Here are a few new features you’ll find on the WPC Connect platform for WPC 2016:

  • View free/busy status of all attendees with an Outlook-style scheduling assistant
  • View free/busy status for all tables in the structured onsite Connect space in the same Outlook-style scheduling assistant
  • Meetings without any accepts will expire two weeks after meeting creation. Meeting organizers and invitees with pending meetings will receive an email about two days prior to cancellation. Note that in the final days before WPC, there will be one final cancellation that will include unaccepted meetings less than two weeks old to ensure maximum table availability leading up to the event.

Session Scheduler

Use the session scheduler to find the exact sessions you are looking for and create the perfect WPC learning experience. Then, export your schedule to Outlook so you keep your personalized agenda for the week at your fingertips. Booking a session does not guarantee a seat, so be sure to arrive early.
