Nicole Dezen serves as Vice President, Device Partner Sales in the Global Partner Solutions organization. Nicole leads a diverse team of sales, marketing, business development, and technical professionals who collaborate with partners to build, market and sell intelligent edge devices that consume Microsoft cloud services. She drives sales growth and innovation across the device ecosystem by developing strategy with the most innovative original device and equipment manufacturers, silicon partners, along with resellers and distributors, to bring the best solutions into the hands of consumers, students and businesses worldwide. Regardless of the device, Nicole is obsessed with helping partners and customers unlock the virtually limitless power of the Microsoft cloud through services including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Mesh and more.
With over 20 years of sales experience in tech, Nicole’s innate curiosity has led her from several years in telecommunications to leading tech start-ups as CEO, to driving the multi-billion-dollar Microsoft device sales business today. Nicole joined Microsoft in 2007 and served in multiple roles including, General Manager for Consumer Device Sales in the UK & Ireland representing all consumer and devices lines of business. Prior to that Nicole led the Global Device Partner team, working with a broad portfolio of multi-national device partners.
