As you know, Cloud is top of mind for us here at Microsoft. My job and my team’s job is to help figure out how we can support our partners especially as Cloud continues its momentum into the Enterprise customer space and more customers purchase Office 365.  We have heard from partners that what you need from Microsoft is more support on deployment. We agree and I am excited to announce a new program called the Cloud Deployment Program designed for partners who want to take advantage of the growing demand for Microsoft Cloud Services by building a capable cloud deployment practice enabled through training, support, and marketing benefits to onboard enterprise customers to Office 365.

The Cloud Deployment program benefits build upon the foundational tools and resources that partners are entitled to in Cloud Essentials and Cloud Accelerate including free Office 365, Windows Intune and CRM Online licenses for use to run your business, online services/advisor incentives, delegated administration tools, and training.
Support is consistently a top pain point when we hear from partners and as a response to that, we have worked hard with our support organization to offer Cloud Deployment partners a differentiated support experience which includes planning support, deployment and break fix support, proof of concept guidance and funding, and cloud deployment planning tools exclusively available to our Cloud Deployment Partners.
Partners must have a minimum of Cloud Accelerate to join the Cloud Deployment enablement phase to get the technical benefits outlined above. Then after earning the Cloud Deployment designation (attainable by earning the Messaging Competency at a local level), partners get access to incremental marketing benefits including the Cloud deployment designation, pre-approved press release, and promotion on external Microsoft sites so that we can support you through the entire sales process.
