Från och med 17 november 2014 är det enklare för både dig och din kund att aktivera Office 365-nycklar köpta via Open i Office 365-portalen. Information om detta har också gått ut via mejl.

Vid köp av Office 365 via Open får kunden nu en direktlänk till aktiveringsportalen redan i sitt välkomstmejl, vilket snabbar upp och förenklar processen avsevärt. Förbättringarna innebär:
  • Eliminates partner / customer handling of product (OSA) keys.
  • Office 365 customers / resellers will no longer need to copy and paste the OSA keys from VLSC to the Office 365 Portal.
  • Customers purchasing only Office 365 SKU(s) on a purchase order will no longer need to sign into VLSC with a Microsoft Account. They will receive an “express” link via email that will automatically direct them to the activation portal.
  • Decreases the number of steps needed to redeem the Office 365 online service and removes the task of handling keys by the customer / partner.
  • Customers who purchased Office 365 previously and have not redeemed their OSA Keys will automatically be converted to the new process when they activate their service.
  • Renewing Office 365 customers also benefit from the streamlined process, which eliminates OSA keys and consolidates the interface for adding and renewing seats.
  • The new experience will be available for current users, as well as new customers. The new process replaces the former experience for Office 365.
