Dynamics 365 AI for Sales is now available

To empower sellers to focus on the best opportunities and move relationships forward, we are excited to announce that Dynamics 365 AI for Sales is now generally available.

AI for Sales builds on the intelligent capabilities already incorporated in our core Dynamics 365 for Sales application, bringing data from Dynamics 365, Office 365, and LinkedIn together to put additional insights into the hands of field sellers, inside sales reps, and sales managers. Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Service is now available in public preview

Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Service Insights is now available giving businesses access to artificial intelligence powered insights on their customer service data. Using our natural language understanding technology, we are able to automatically group cases by support topics, all without the need for any manual tagging of cases. Thanks to this clustering, new insights become available, such as automatic identification of quickly growing support topics before they have reached overwhelming volume. Dynamics 365 AI for Market Insights public preview is now available

Dynamics 365 AI for Market Insights is available in public preview in the United States for businesses looking to incorporate both social and web insights about their brands, customers and competitors using artificial intelligence and unique signals from Microsoft’s proprietary assets.
