Microsoft and ipSCAPE bring the first Australian Cloud Contact Centre platform to Azure
Leading Australian Cloud and Contact Centre Service Provider ipSCAPE has recently partnered with Microsoft to move its infrastructure to Azure for increased performance, security and capacity.
